Walking in the rain

Beth Yoder and her family have chosen to Give Up driving on Wednesdays in May--even when it is raining like it was today for them. Here's why:

"On Wednesdays in May my family will be walking, not driving, so that we can show our kids how choices we make can impact the success of students at the Centre Salisa school through donations. Will you join me in making a choice to give up something you can do without so that students can have a chance to develop skills that will allow them to take control of their own lives? Giving Back to Africa is at a pivotal expansion point and needs your support."

This kind of purposeful commitment is what drives Giving Up To Give, and it also reflects the kind of work Giving Back to Africa is doing.

You don't have to Give Up driving (although we won't discourage it!) to make an impact with Giving Back To Africa. Commit to Giving Up potato chips or cold cereal or drive thru runs, even for just a short period of time. Purposeful and commited Giving Up ALWAYS makes a difference.
